Badrinath Mahabhishek and Vishnu Sahasranama Path
Seek blessings of Lord Vishnu and Shiva
At the sacred Badrinath Temple, one of the holiest shrines dedicated to Lord Vishnu and an important part of the Char Dham pilgrimage, we invite devotees to participate in a deeply auspicious puja performed by experienced Vedic pandits. This special puja combines the powerful Rudrabhishek - offered to Lord Shiva for peace, protection, and removal of obstacles - with the sacred Vishnu Sahasranama Path, the chanting of the thousand names of Lord Vishnu, known to bestow harmony, prosperity, and spiritual upliftment. Performed in the spiritually charged environment of Badrinath, the blessings of both Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu are believed to bring balance, fulfillment of desires, and inner transformation. Through their online participation offering, devotees can join this sacred ceremony from anywhere, with personalized sankalp performed on their behalf. This provides a unique opportunity to receive divine blessings, experience spiritual connection, and be part of an authentic temple ritual.

About the Temple

Badrinath 'Badri-Vishal' temple
Badrinath Temple is one of the most important Hindu pilgrimage sites, dedicated to Lord Vishnu in his form as Badrinarayan. The temple is part of the sacred Char Dham Yatra and is traditionally open only from April/May to October/November due to heavy snowfall in winter. The temple is believed to have been established by Adi Shankaracharya in the 8th century. Inside the temple, the main deity is a black stone idol of Lord Vishnu seated in a meditative posture.
