(Effective Date: [Insert Date])

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Devotion Technologies, a company incorporated under the laws of India and having its registered office at [Registered Address] (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and any person who accesses or uses our website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”) (“User”, “you”, or “your”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform.

1. Nature of Services

The Platform facilitates devotional and religious services, including at-home pujas, private online pujas, group or batch temple pujas, and devotional offerings (chadhava). The Company acts solely as a facilitator between Users and temple authorities, priests, associated religious institutions, or authorised vendors who perform or fulfil the requested services.

The Company does not own, manage, or control any temple or religious institution unless expressly stated. The performance, manner, sequence, and customary practices of rituals are determined by the respective temple authority or priest in accordance with tradition and availability.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts.

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information, including devotional details such as names and gotra. The Company shall not be responsible for errors arising from inaccurate information provided by the User.

3. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment of the applicable amount and receipt of confirmation communication where required. For services requiring a confirmation amount, the remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the applicable service policy.

Once devotional or sankalp details are submitted to the relevant temple authority or priest, modifications may not be possible.

4. Priest Assignment and Substitution

Priest assignment is subject to availability. In the event of illness, travel disruption, scheduling conflicts, or other unavoidable circumstances, the Company reserves the right to arrange a qualified substitute priest. Such substitution shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund beyond the applicable policy terms.

5. Service-Specific Policies

Each service category, including At-Home Puja, Private Online Puja, Temple/Batch Puja, and Online Chadhava, is governed by a separate booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy published on the Platform. These policies are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

By completing a booking, the User confirms acceptance of the applicable policy.

6. Technical Matters (Online Services)

Online puja sessions are conducted live and are not permanently recorded or stored unless expressly communicated. Users are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity. If technical issues arise due to User-side connectivity, the session shall proceed within the scheduled duration. If issues arise due to Company-side error, rescheduling may be offered without penalty.

7. Offerings and Fulfilment

For devotional offerings (chadhava), fulfilment requests may be placed with temple authorities, associated priests, or authorised vendors. Once submitted for execution, such orders cannot be modified or cancelled except as permitted under the applicable policy.

Offerings shall be performed in accordance with customary temple practices. Specific date requests may be fulfilled within the customary ritual window determined by the temple.

8. Prasad and Substitution

Prasad, flowers, and ritual materials may vary based on temple customs, religious norms, and seasonal availability. Substitution of equivalent items shall not constitute non-performance.

Where delivery of prasad is applicable, timelines are dependent upon logistics partners. The Company shall not be responsible for delays occurring after dispatch.

9. Devotee Responsibilities (At-Home Services)

Users booking at-home services must ensure a suitable and clean space for conducting rituals and make necessary basic arrangements as communicated. Delays caused by unprepared premises may result in reduction of effective session time.

10. Spiritual Disclaimer

Rituals are performed with sincerity and in accordance with tradition. Spiritual benefits and outcomes are matters of personal faith and belief. The Company does not guarantee specific material, personal, financial, health, or spiritual results arising from any ritual or offering.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Company arising out of or in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific service in dispute.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, government restrictions, temple closures, public health advisories, or other force majeure events.

12. Payments and Currency

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Currency conversion rates for international transactions are determined by the issuing bank or payment processor. The Company is not responsible for foreign exchange fluctuations or additional bank charges.

13. Privacy

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in [Insert City], India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms.

15. Amendments
