Standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) — easeyourpuja by DEVOTION TECHNOLOGIES

This page sets out the published child safety standards for the easeyourpuja website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by DEVOTION TECHNOLOGIES (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These standards apply worldwide and are provided to comply with applicable child safety requirements, including Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE

We strictly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on the Platform. This includes, without limitation:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including any visual, audio, or written depiction of child sexual abuse;
  • Grooming, solicitation, or sexual exploitation of minors;
  • Trafficking, endangerment, or any conduct that facilitates harm to children;
  • Any attempt to upload, share, request, store, or distribute CSAE-related content through the Platform.

Any user, vendor, priest, partner, or third party found to engage in such conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to law enforcement and relevant child protection authorities.

2. Age eligibility

The Platform is intended for users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts or use the Platform. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will take steps to remove or restrict the account as appropriate.

3. Addressing CSAM and prohibited content

Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or other CSAE-related content or conduct on the Platform, we will take appropriate action, which may include:

  • Removing or disabling access to the content;
  • Suspending or terminating the responsible account(s);
  • Preserving relevant records as required by law;
  • Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), or to the appropriate regional authority in India or other applicable jurisdictions.

4. Compliance with child safety laws

We are committed to complying with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including those relating to the prevention, detection, and reporting of CSAE and CSAM. We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5. How to report concerns

If you encounter content or behaviour on the Platform that you believe involves CSAE, CSAM, or child endangerment, please report it immediately using any of the following channels:
