Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At easeyourpuja (a service by DEVOTION TECHNOLOGIES), we strive to provide the best spiritual experience for our devotees. We understand that plans can change, and we have designed our refund and cancellation policy to be fair and transparent.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking for any puja service. The cancellation charges depend on how far in advance you cancel the service:

• More than 48 hours before the scheduled time: Full refund (minus any transaction fees).
• 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled time: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled time: No refund is applicable as preparations would have already commenced.

Refund Process

Once a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
• For temple services where samigri or prasad has already been dispatched, no refund can be provided for those specific components.

Rescheduling

We prefer ensuring your puja happens! You can reschedule your puja once without any additional cost if the request is made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, subject to Pandit ji's availability.
